Reservation Policy

All reservations open to the general public can be scheduled a maximum of 11 months in advance.  At the completion of their current stay guests can reserve the same time frame for the following year. Reservations require a 50% deposit for lodging and a 100% deposit for camping to be paid at the time of reservation. The balance is required to be paid in full on arrival. A minimum of a 2-night stay is required for weekends. A minimum of a 3-night stay is required during Christmas break, Spring break, holiday weekends, and in the months of July and August.

Pets

Cabins are pet friendly, with the limitation of two pets per cabin at a charge of $10.00 per night. Dogs must be on a leash at all times and are not permitted on the groomed cross country ski trails. We ask that you be responsible and clean up after your pet.

Lodge Rooms & Cabins Cancellation/Refund Policy

A down payment of 50% is required at the time of reservations for cabins and lodge rooms. Cancellations require a 30-day notice less a $25 cancellation fee. Holidays require a 60 day notice less a $25 cancellation fee. Less notice than the required 30 or 60 days will be subject to payment in full. Odell Lake Lodge and Resort will make every effort to re-rent the vacancy. Refunds will be made if the vacancy is filled. Early checkouts – guests will be responsible for the full cost of their reserved stay. This applies to all Cabins, Lodge Rooms, Camping, Moorage, and all pre-paid reservations for rentals.

Campground Cancellation/Refund Policy

Camping sites must be paid for in full at the time of reservation. Cancellations Require 14 days or more notice less $25.00 cancellation fee. If Less than 14 days notice is given then payment is due in full and a $25.00 cancellation fee will be applied. If early checkout or cancellation occurs without notice, guests will be responsible for the cost of their full stay.
